By placing an order with SKS GHEE (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your order.
2. Products
All products sold are 100% pure, handcrafted A2 Desi Cow Ghee. We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Slight variations in colour or texture may occur naturally due to batch differences — these do not indicate any defect.

4. Pricing

All content on this website — including text, images, brand name, and logo — belongs to SKS GHEE. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
SKS GHEE is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the order value in all cases.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Tracking

Packaging
All orders are packed securely to prevent leakage or breakage during transit. Ghee jars are wrapped with bubble cushioning and sealed in tamper-proof packaging.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will re-attempt once. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-dispatch will incur an additional shipping charge.
Refund & Return Policy

Eligible for Refund / Replacement
- Product received is damaged, cracked, or leaking
- Wrong product delivered (different size or variant)
- Product shows signs of tampering or seal breakage
- Significant quality concerns (backed by a photo)
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after delivery
- Dislike of natural aroma or texture (these vary by batch)
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
- Products that have been significantly used
How to Raise a Claim
To initiate a refund or replacement:

- Attach a clear photo of the issue
- Our team will respond within 24 hours
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Replacement orders are dispatched within 2 business days of approval.
Return of Products
For damaged or wrong items, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you. Please do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
